Well, we’ve made it through all of the holidays and celebrations! If you’re a football fan, then it looks like you have one more big party coming up— SuperBowl! Whether you’re hosting or heading over to a friend’s house, it’s nice to have a fan favorite dish that won’t stress you out to make. That’s why I really love this Buffalo Chicken Dip recipe! You can do this in the oven, or in a crockpot – I am rather partial to the crockpot version, but check out the website below if you want to try it in the oven!
Buffalo Chicken Dip
*recipe from www.thesaltymarshmallow.com*
Ingredients:
- 2 cups shredded chicken - I like to use a rotisserie chicken for this to make things easier!
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened and cubed
- 1 x 1 ounce package of dry ranch dressing mix
- 2 teaspoons of garlic powder
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
Directions:
1 – Add the shredded chicken, cream cheese, dry ranch mix packet, garlic powder, shredded cheese, and buffalo sauce together in your crockpot.
2 – Stir well to combine all of the ingredients
3 – Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 1 – 2 hours until hot and bubbly
4 – Enjoy!
This really is a great dish to make when hosting a party because you can throw it on and then keep doing all of your other prep (especially if you’re like me and wait until the an hour before to make sure your house is all ready to go!).
