What We’re Looking For
You’re someone who thrives on making people feel comfortable and valued. You’ll be the first point of contact, setting the tone for a positive experience from day one. You’re organized, a self-starter, and passionate about fostering connections. You should be comfortable managing client conversations, including handling payments and addressing questions around cost with confidence and empathy.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
- Create a warm and welcoming experience for clients, making everyone feel seen and valued.
- Stay organized and manage time effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Handle client schedules, process payments, and manage incoming calls with a positive, solutions-focused approach.
- Conduct discovery calls as the first point of contact for new clients, assessing their potential fit for our clinic.
- Keep our office space tidy and organized for a professional environment.
- Communicate with clients about scheduling, appointments, payments, and more.
- Participate in special client events as needed, enhancing our supportive community atmosphere.
- Relay any relevant client or session information to physical therapists (and vice versa) to ensure seamless, informed care.

Shift Requirements:
Most shifts are weekdays, plus 1-2 Saturdays a month (you will have a weekday off when working a Saturday)
